The project was born of the necessity of the client to adapt the house to the family; that is, the growth of the children, the necessity of a home office, a space for the social life and its friends.
In addition, the intention of a house with less division existed, with freer spaces, providing natural illumination, ventilation and integration.
In this reform, the implantation was guided for the advantage of the existing house, which being on a land in declivity without visual obstruction; it allowed perfect integration with the outside.
The spaces were thought not like an isolated atmosphere set, but like a great atmosphere that respects the privacy when it is necessary.
The original house was arranged in a ground floor with a mezzanine, both with metallic structure, supported on the inferior pavement, whose structure is in concrete.
The present structure born from the partial advantage and extension of the metallic structure of the existing ground floor pavement, generating great bays and creating a space extension.
The house counts on a good natural illumination and ventilation that are favored when not having visual or physical barriers.
